The ASCF Prequalification Program allows Arctic Slope Community Foundation to disseminate funds into the eight Arctic Slope communities in an efficient and expeditious manner.

The organizations eligible for this program are as follows:

• Tribal Government
• Local Governments
• Public Educational Institutions (Schools)
• IRS Designated 501(c)3 Organizations

Qualification for this program is also limited to the geographical limits of the North Slope Borough. 

The only documents required for this prequalification program are:

1. Two (2) Years of Financial Statements
2. Charitable Designation Documents
